Gladiator Kickboxing



Whether you are looking to increase strength, confidence, coordination, range of motion, balance, or you are just after an awesome cardio workout, kickboxing could be your answer!


Kickboxing is a high-energy workout that combines heart-pumping cardio and martial arts techniques that will burn calories and fat. It also forces you to engage all your muscle groups, which in turn will help you tone your body. Focus will take place on your core, which will ultimately improve co-ordination. The constant movement of kickboxing also improves flexibility and reflexes. Kickboxing is also a great way to release your stress and frustrations! 


Our classes are 60 minutes long. We provide boxing gloves and focus pads. We highly recommend the use of wraps for the hand & wrist. Wraps can be purchased in many places, such as Canadian Tire, and Amazon. We also have extra wraps handy that can be purchased.


We will be in bare feet in this class. IF you feel you need to wear shoes, please make sure that they are clean, thin, and ultra-light, which provides you support but flexibility
