When losing weight is the goal, generally, the lesser the sugar content, the better. The lesser the carbs, the better.  Compare labels of similar products. Does one have less or more of something? Why?  Do you know what a serving size is? You may be consuming many times what is required. A cup of cereal is often not a full bowl.

No saturated fat. No cholesterol. Very low in sodium. Very high in vitamin C. High in natural sugar. Note, that 16g is just a little over a tablespoon in serving.
